Jana Miller was extremely understanding and helpful with my first home purchase. I asked a million questions, and she had an honest answer for every one of them. Jana never tried to be "salesy", which is what I loved about my experience with her the most. Working with Jana easily felt like working with a friend (with just the right amount of tough love that you need from a friend who sees you about to make a bad decision). Friendly, funny, and smart as a whip. We didn't waste a lot of time with properties that weren't right for us, as Jana quickly realized our tastes.
Plus, Jana is well-connected in the community, so she was able to help us find a handyman, plumber, contractor to pull a permit, etc.
We've already recommended Jana to several family members and friends, and will continue to do so.

I switched to Jana after a broker from another agency got me nowhere in 8 months. I could not have been more pleased with the change. Jana's knowledge and communication are superb, and I was under contract with the perfect home in less than a month. She continued to check in after my closing date to make sure everything was going smoothly. I will definitely recommend her to friends, just as she was recommended to me.

Jana Miller is a strength to have on your side when selling or purchasing a property! She excels in strong communication skills, and over-the-top knowledge and understanding of the real estate market. Jana is a rock star. There's a lot to say about her knowledge, thoroughness, timeliness, etc., but perhaps the best way to put it is that she's there for you. She is no doubt busy, but it always seemed like we were priority #1 for her. I hope that I treat people the way she has treated me.

Of all the agents I spoke with prior to starting the house search, Jana had the most knowledge of the local market, the financing options, and ancillary financial considerations. Really a step above the majority of realtors out there.
